As education becomes globally competitive with technological advancement, the Ghanaian Child must be equipped with the requisite essential competencies that match the international world’s.
In this regard, Aide Du Ciel (which means Help from Above), a Non-Governmental Organization, in collaboration with its partners in France, is championing the cause of making Ghanaian Schools Digital-friendly by providing them with computers and other ICT accessories.
Today, their act of benevolence reached Bronyibima M/A Basic through the initiative of one of the teachers, Mr Charles Tulasi. Madam Mary Frimpong the founder of the organization and her team donated 10 brand new computers and a router to the school.
In addition, learners were taken through training sessions on the use and operations of computers with the help of their facilitators.
The team had an interactive session with the staff and the school’s cultural troupe in turn entertained them with displays.
Prince Armah, a form 3 learner also expressed his happiness and has this to say….
“Learners nowadays cannot imagine studies without computers and the Internet.
“Computers can improve student learning and basic skill area”.
Computers do not only improve the learning process but also increase retention of the students.

The Headmistress, Miss Eva Nana Lawal expressed her profound gratitude to the team for this divine and timely intervention.
She assured the donors that the computers would go a long way to help achieve ‘The Dream Ghanaian Child Goal’ of making learners Global Citizens.
